I’m trying to find an article/interview I read recently and was thinking it mighth have been the one once linked above. But “I’m Sorry This Post Has Been Removed” is all I now find following the link…
It looks like the post has been removed. Its a pitty because it was a great interview with some of the developers of the CCDE exam. I’ll email Joe Harris and see if the link has changed..
“Thanks Arden, Yeah the CCDE Team asked me to take the post down because some of the content was not ready for public distribution (after they told me I could post it) but once everything was finalized they promised me another interview…I’m hoping it’s pretty soon.”
Hehe. Well, I agree that some of the content was “not ready for public distribution” (aka objectionable to most CCIEs – but I won’t rekindle that discussion here!). No doubt the next pass will result in a more polished offering from Cisco…
Its a shame, because it was a great interview and offered a bit of insight into how and why the CCDE was developed. Lets hope Joe gets to post a new one soon.
