Great response from the CCIE Community. I posted my take on the whole fiasco here, and I am glad if it helped in any way. In the end common sense and justice prevailed. The reputation of both NetworkWorld and CertGuard has been severely tarnished by this, and I hope CertGuard and Robert Williams are forthcoming with a proper apology.
