Okay, in the last week I have redone Mocklabs 3,4,5,6, and 7, Workbook2 Lab 8, Workbook 3 labs 7, 8 and 9. I’m done with labs. :) I was mainly focusing on speed because there wasn’t anything on those labs that I hadn’t seen before. At this stage, I’m pretty exhausted and I think I need to calm down a little. I think I will concentrate on watching CODs (Catalyst QOS, and advanced BGP videos come to mind as something I wouldn’t mind re watching) and exploring the DOCCD for the next two days.
I have been reading through labs while I listen to my mp3 notes on that particular lab. This strategy is working great, and I am getting better and recognizing different options that I could employ to solve a particular task. I didn’t get as much time as I hoped to review the CCIE Assessor’s so that is what I’ll do this afternoon. Maybe just do them on paper again and have a look through the results link that they sent through on email a bit more closely.
I fly up to Sydney tomorrow around Lunchtime. I think I will study a little in the morning and get some plane reading prepared. Once I arrive, I’ll take a cab or train ride to the Cisco Offices and make sure I know how to get there (I’ve been there before, just want to make sure I know the route). Tomorrow night, I’m going to try and get some sleep early, maybe watch a movie and just relax.
This will probably be my last post before my lab, so wish me luck. I think I am pretty well prepared, my biggest worry is question interpretation now. Tech wise, I think I have covered everything. This is the hardest I’ve ever worked for something, and I feel like it is finally within reach. I’ll let you know how I go….
Good luck Arden, and thanks for taking the time to blog your progress.
Good Luck Arden… you are good and writing nice stuff.
Once again good luck
Good luck!
You’ll pass lab, I know it :)
Best of luck Arden. You are as well prepared for the lab as anyone could be. Knock ‘em dead in Sydney.
You are the man….be yourself…no time to panic and you will be fine…based on blog you are ready to rock and roll….Good Luck
It is now firmly within your grasp. Act as if you’re just walking in there to confirm it. The die is cast.
Good Luck Arden !!!
May the god bless you with success.
Good Luck
Dude … you’re the bestest network ninja I know. Kick ass and take names!
Sounds like you spent the last few days much like I did. Good luck, Arden.
Good luck - you’ll cream it. Thanks for the excellent blog
Arden,
You got me feeling it too. I go to San Jose in August for the Security IE. I know you will do well and I hope I can do the same. Cant wait to hear how you did.
